By commissioning artwork through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to read them before placing a commission.

Process:

• All commissions are custom-made based on the client’s request.

• The artist will maintain communication throughout the process, including sharing drafts or progress updates as agreed upon.

• Revisions: A limited number of minor revisions are included (typically 2). Additional charges may incur extra fees.

Payment:

• Payment is required in full upfront.

• Acceptable payment methods: bank transfer

• Prices are subject to change but are locked in once a commission is agreed upon.

Turnaround Time:

• Turnaround varies based on the complexity of the piece and the artist’s schedule. An estimated timeline will be provided before the work begins.

• Delays will be communicated properly

Usage and Copyright:

• The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.

• Clients may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and will require an additional licensing fee.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a full refund.

• If the work has started, only a partial refund may be issued depending on progress.

• No refunds will be given once the artwork is delivered.

• The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time due to personal reasons or inappropriate client behaviour.

Prohibited Uses:

• The commissioned work may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or resold in any form without explicit written permission.

• The artwork may not be altered, traced or claimed as your own.

Communication:

• All correspondence should be respectful and professional. Abusive behaviour will result in termination of the commission and forfeiture of payment.
